You can notify us by email at inquiry@freshoutmedia.com to dispute the editorial changes made by the Freshoutmedia.com editorial staff, including but not limited to grammatical and punctuation changes, image editing, and the re-structuring of your editorial content.
7. You recognize that your name may or may not appear next to any article and/or data that is submitted through your Freshoutmedia.com account.
8. You indemnify Freshout Media, LLC from any adverse effects caused to you or your Content and/or data as a result of events not in control of Freshout Media, LLC.
9. You recognize that visitors to Freshoutmedia.com have the right to rate and comment about your article(s) positively or negatively, and you understand that ratings and comments about your article(s) will be visible to all visitors of Freshoutmedia.com.
Violation of any of these terms and conditions will result in the termination of your Freshoutmedia.com account. Freshout Media, LLC avoids any conduct and content on Freshoutmedia.com that is contrary to the terms and conditions described herein, however you understand and agree that Freshout Media, LLC cannot be responsible for the Content posted on Freshoutmedia.com, and you nonetheless may be exposed to such Content, and that you use Freshoutmedia.com at your own risk.
General Conditions
1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate your Freshoutmedia.com account for any reason, without notice, at any time.
2. We reserve the right to reproduce, distribute, sell, display, and/or license content and/or data produced through your Freshoutmedia.com account without any prior notice or any form of compensation.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any of your Content and/or data at anytime.
4. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time as we see fit. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Service, we will notify you. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
